Tremonti Partners is a historic Italian firm, with offices in Milan, Rome and Washington D.C., offering a wide range of legal and tax consultancy and advisory services to domestic and international clients.

The Firm was founded in 1985 by Professor Giulio Tremonti and currently consists of approximately fifty professionals, including lawyers and chartered accountants, led by a compact and close-knit group of partners who have been able to develop the founder's strategic approach and skills in an innovative way.

Tremonti Partners, which in 2025 celebrates the important milestone of forty years in business, has grown over time combining tradition with innovation, an in-depth knowledge of the Italian economic fabric with an attentive vision of global dynamics. The Firm, while making use of the most advanced technologies, neither identifies itself nor aspires to identify itself as a factory of standardised and impersonal products: on the contrary, it wants to keep the human factor at the centre of its work, anticipating and solving its clients' most complex problems in a customised manner.

Tremonti Partners has gained extensive experience in all areas of tax law, with dedicated teams assigned to the various specialist areas of taxation. The Firm also assists its clients in selected areas of the legal world, closely connected with tax matters, with a particular focus on M&A, and, also thanks to the inclusion of specialised teams, on trusts and in estate and succession planning, corporate governance, financial markets law and corporate crisis. The Firm provides technical analysis, independent appraisals and fairness opinions in acquisitions, sales and other extraordinary transactions.
