The Firm, represented by partner Marco Paracchi, took part in the Conference "Inheritance Tax and Tax Incentives for Relocation to Italy", held on 2 October 2025 by the Italian Consulate General in London and chaired by Dr Chiara Ciroldi.
Marco Paracchi delivered a presentation entitled "Relocation to Italy: Tax Planning", addressing the inheritance and gift tax framework, the recent amendments to the rules concerning residence for tax purposes of natural persons, and the main tax regimes available under Italian tax law, including the “new-residents” regime (Article 24-bis of Presidential Decree of 31 December 1986, No. 917) and the regime for “inbound” workers.
